Our Production Process

For Aluminum Components We utilize high-grade AL6005-T5 and 6063-T6 aluminum to ensure a high strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance.

Extrusion:

Precision shaping of profiles to meet exact structural requirements.

Cutting & Punching:

Automated cutting for exact lengths and hole placements.

Surface Treatment:

Our anodizing process (available in silver or black) provides a protective layer that withstands harsh environmental conditions and prevents oxidation. Standard AA10 and optional AA15,AA20 available.

Final Inspection:

Mechanical testing to ensure the profiles meet tensile strength standards.
