Founded in 2008, HQ Mount has over 15 years of professional experience in the R&D, design and manufacturing of solar mounting systems, serving as a pioneer in the solar industry. To date, we have completed more than 2GW of PV projects worldwide. With rich practical experience in large-scale solar farms and commercial PV projects, our products and customized solutions have proven reliable in various complex global working conditions.
What types of solar projects can you undertake? Do you provide customized solutions?
We specialize in tailor-made solar mounting solutions. Our core products are widely applied to commercial solar carports and large-scale utility solar farms. Our professional engineering team provides one-stop customized design according to customers’ site conditions, local wind and snow loads, and project requirements. We can flexibly handle non-standard and personalized project demands.
What material options are available for your solar brackets? What are their advantages?
We adopt high-grade aluminum alloy materials, including AL6005, AL6061 and AL6063 profiles. Precisely processed, these materials feature high strength, lightweight structure, excellent corrosion resistance and strong adaptability. They fully meet the load-bearing, wind-resistant and snow-resistant requirements of different installation sites, ensuring outstanding stability and long service life.
What surface finish options do you offer? Can your products balance functionality and aesthetics?
We provide multiple surface treatments, including mill finish, anodized finish and black coating finish. Mill and anodized surfaces deliver a neat, professional and scratch-resistant appearance, while black coated profiles offer a more stylish and versatile look. All surface treatments will not affect structural performance, perfectly combining superior functionality and aesthetic design.
What is your production and delivery capacity? Can you guarantee on-time delivery?
We own a fully automated and intelligent manufacturing factory with advanced production lines for solar steel rolling, solar hooks and supporting accessories. Our monthly procurement of magnesium aluminum zinc alloy exceeds 7,000 tons, with a monthly production capacity of over 70MW. Supported by a stable raw material supply chain and automated production processes, we ensure high-quality products and strictly guarantee on-time delivery for all orders.
What quality standards do your products follow? Do you have authoritative certifications?
We implement strict full-process quality control. All raw materials are sourced from the world’s top 3 steel manufacturers. Every product undergoes rigorous tests including structural static calculation simulation, mechanical performance testing and in-house pull-up testing. Meanwhile, our products are certified by authorized third-party institutions SGS and TUV, fully complying with international industry standards in terms of structural strength, stability and durability.
